By the grace of Allah, my journey of seeking knowledge began at an early age with the completion of Qurʾān memorization (ḥifż) at the age of 14 from the Institute of Islamic Education (IIE). Following this, I pursued the ʿālimiyyah program, equivalent to a Master’s degree in Arabic and Islamic Studies, graduating in 2012 at the age of 21. In 2016, I earned an undergraduate degree in Education from Benedictine University and gained teaching experience in various public schools. I have been granted ijāzahs (certifications) in the Qurʾān recitations of ʿĀsim, Ibn Kathīr, Nāfiʿ, ʾAbū ʿAmr, and Ibn Āmir and continue to pursue further certifications in this sacred art. Additionally, I received health education from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I explored a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. This training has enabled me to develop personalized strategies in collaboration with individuals, helping them achieve their holistic health goals based on their unique needs and circumstances. I have also studied Kinesiology at The Kinesiology Institute, a holistic diagnostic technique that evaluates muscle strength to identify and address imbalances in the body.
Currently, I serve as a full-time instructor at Darul Qasim College and a certified health coach at Integrative Shifa, where I am a licensed provider under the Professional Wellness Alliance (PWA). My mission is to inspire Muslims globally to achieve holistic health by integrating Islamic principles. By nurturing both inner and outer health, we strive to achieve success in this life and the Hereafter.
